Well I found out how I didn't get approved for my apartment.

A FUCKING COMPUTER DECIDED!

They take my credit score, plus my current income, plus my current length of employment, plus my past rental history, estimate other costs (electric, phone, cable)...put it into a computer then it decides if based on my current income and past hisory if I can pay the rent or not.....

WHAT KIND OF MOTHER FUCKING BULLSHIT IS THIS???

Oh and there is no way possible to obtain a copy of this report. I can get my regular credit report from about 6 different agencies, but this is something new that is only a few years old and legislation has not yet been passed to make this information available to the average consumer. This basically means that I have no idea what it would take to fix the problems that are there now. Is it more income, is it something being reported incorrectly? NO IDEA!

My credit rating is OK, and it has come a long way in the past year and a half, that I do know. There are no agencies out there reporting that I don't pay them. It's so stupid. What happened to the human aspect of things. I guess it just doesn't exist anymore.....
