So, what's for dinner?

Tonight it's going to be Italian Sausage and potato's. I didn't make nearly enough potato's last time, so tonight I'll make a lot more. I am going to prepare the sausage a bit differently as well. Last time it cooked too fast and lost a lot of its flavor.

Anyhow here is a preview of tonight's meal, minus the potato's!
